1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Levan Bakhia, operating as Stop Spilling Time ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our mobile application and web service (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Plain English: By using Stop Spilling Time, you're agreeing to follow these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Stop Spilling Time offers a free tier with core functionality. The free tier may have limitations on certain features compared to paid plans.
Paid Subscriptions
If you choose a paid subscription:
- You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOP SPILLING TIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stop Spilling Time and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Your Content
14. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Discontinuation of the Service
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. The proceedings shall be conducted in the English or Georgian language.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting a notice on our website
- Sending an email to your registered address
- Displaying a notification in the app
Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stop Spilling Time regarding your use of the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without your consent.
